Our client, DE-JURE Initiative within the World Bank, retained SCA to assist researchers communicate technical concepts in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to policy makers, foundations, and the public. SCA assists by writing blog posts, editing academic papers, and participating in meetings with policy makers and nonprofits interested in the work of De JURE. The projects aim to examine how machine learning improves human decision making. SCA was sought after for its expertise in law and economics and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
