Executive Assistant Position
Sethi Clarity Advisers (SCA) is seeking an executive assistant who can support the CEO in personal assistant, administrative, and research functions. This executive assistant will perform a mix of business internet research as well as executive and personal assistant functions. Tasks include, but are not limited to, scheduling meetings and keeping the calendar current, organizing articles and documents, proofreading and formatting documents, conducting internet research on a variety of topics relevant for business development, creating and posting content on social media and the company website, making restaurant and other reservations, online shopping, and assisting with a variety of other tasks. Additionally, visual assistance, such as guiding the CEO, checking styling and make-up, and providing visual descriptions of documents and websites will be required as the CEO is blind. The role is primarily remote, with some in-person meetings and occasional travel.
The role can be fulfilled with 25-35 hours per week, depending on interest and availability. The person will start at $25 per hour. If the person is working well for three months and commits to stay on for one year, pay would go up to $30 per hour. Thus, annualized, the range of pay after three months would be $37,500 – $52,500, depending on how many hours the person puts into the position.
